Butter 100g
All-purpose Flour 120g

[Peach Filling]
1. Cut peaches into wedges with or without peel, if desired.
2. Mix peaches, brown sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
3. Bring to a boil in a pot and heat lightly until all the sugar is dissolved.
[Cobbler Dough]
1. Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in an oven dish.
2. Put it in a preheated oven to melt it.
3. Put flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
4. Add milk and mix lightly until there are no lumps.
5. Pour the finished cobbler dough into a dish over melted butter.
6. Pour all of the peach filling including the juice and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
7. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 40 minutes.

1. Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in an oven dish.
2. Put it in a preheated oven to melt it.
3. Put brown sugar, black sugar, vanilla extract, salt in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
4. Now put the egg in and mix it.
5. After, Put Cake Powder and Baking Powder.
6. With a spatula, mix all the ingredients evenly.
7. Lastly put in the couverture chocolate.
8. Put the finished dough in a plastic bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
9. Once it has hardened enough, divide it into about 80g.
10. After gently rounding it with your hands, place it on a board and lightly press it with a glass cup.
11. And decorate it with chocolate chips.
12. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. (Preheating temperature 200 degrees)
